While we maintain our systems with reasonable care, technical failures, downtime, and bugs may occur. AmpCart makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content available through the Service.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AmpCart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of revenue, data loss, or business interruption, regardless of whether we were informed of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies even if AmpCart has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
5. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and account information. You must notify AmpCart immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. All activity conducted under your account is your responsibility, and you are liable for any misuse or unauthorized transactions. AmpCart is not responsible for any losses resulting from compromised account credentials.
6. User-Generated Content and Digital Products
By uploading or selling digital products through AmpCart, you represent and warrant that you own all rights to the content or have obtained proper authorization to distribute it. Your products must not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights, contain malware or harmful code, or violate any applicable laws and regulations. You represent that you have obtained all necessary consents and licenses required to sell your products. You retain ownership of your products, but grant AmpCart a non-exclusive license to host, distribute, and display them through the Service.
7. Prohibited Products and Activities
You may not sell, distribute, or promote:
Products that infringe on intellectual property rights
Content that is illegal or violates laws
Materials containing malicious code or security threats
Products obtained through unauthorized channels
Content that violates platform policies
AmpCart reserves the right to remove prohibited content without notice and to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in these activities. Users who repeatedly violate these policies may be permanently banned from the platform.
8. Payment Processing and Payouts
AmpCart utilizes Stripe Connect for payment processing and fund transfers. By using our payment services, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Payments from customers are processed securely, and funds are transferred directly to your designated bank account according to Stripe's standard payout schedule, typically within 2-3 business days. You are responsible for providing accurate banking information. AmpCart is not liable for delays or failed transfers resulting from incorrect account details.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality of AmpCart—including software, design, text, graphics, and code—are owned by AmpCart or its licensors and protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. The digital products available through our Product Library are licensed according to specific terms provided with each product. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit these products except as expressly permitted by the rights holder.
10. Third-Party Integrations
AmpCart integrates with various third-party services including Stripe, Kit, and AWeber. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and conditions. AmpCart is not responsible for the availability, functionality, security, or performance of third-party services. By using AmpCart, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms of all integrated services.
11. Data Privacy and Security
Your use of AmpCart is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. We take reasonable measures to protect your data through industry-standard security practices. However, no online platform is entirely secure. You acknowledge that you use AmpCart at your own risk and that data transmission over the internet is inherently vulnerable to interception.
12. Modifications to Terms

13. Termination of Service
